RESOLUTION IN MEMORY OF
WILLIAM C. KIMBRELL
FOR MERITORIOUS SERVICE TO THE
WINTHROP UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS

WHEREAS, William C. Kimbrell served with unstinting dedication on the Winthrop University Foundation Board of Directors; and

WHEREAS, during his term as Director of the Winthrop University Foundation Board, he lent advice and counsel on fundraising, the growth of the endowment, and support for the mission of the University; and

WHEREAS, his tenure as Director of the Winthrop University Foundation Board was characterized by his tireless dedication, vigorous advocacy and resolute commitment to educational advancement at Winthrop University,

THEREFORE, let it be resolved that the Winthrop University Foundation Board of Directors does hereby convey their deep respect for William C. Kimbrell’s outstanding and meritorious services to the Winthrop University Foundation Board of Directors, and honors his memory with profound gratitude.
