Foundation Board of Directors
The Foundation Board of Directors is composed of alumni and friends of the University. The
officers consist of President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer. The Vice President for University
Development and Alumni Relations is the Executive Director of the Foundation and responsible for the Foundation's daily operations.
The Winthrop University President, Vice President for
University Development and Alumni Relations/Executive Director of the Foundation, and the Executive Director of Alumni Relations/Executive Director of the Winthrop Alumni Association all serve as non-voting ex officio directors.
Automatic Directors include the President, President Elect and Finance Chairman of the Winthrop University Alumni Association and the Chair of the Annual Fund Loyalty Council.
